Yoga
Yoga does not conflict with any religious or spiritual practice and can be practised by anyone at any age. The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit root "YUG" meaning to join or yoke, implying integration of mind, body and spirit. Yoga practice is a unique combination of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation which provides a balanced and wholesome approach to achieving good physical and mental health which leads to happiness and tranquility.

Evening Yoga Classes:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 to 9:00 pm
Morning Yoga Classes:
Wednesday and Saturday 10:00-11:00 am
Yoga Fees:
Introductory Package $20 for 3 classes (new students only)
Drop-in $8.00 Adults, $6.50 Children
Cards: 5 classes for $40, 10 classes for $75, 15 classes for $105,
20 classes for $130.00, or unlimited classes for a month for $50
Meditation

Every Sunday 9:30 -11:30 am - by donation
Format: Forty minutes of sitting meditation and ten minutes of walking meditation followed by a group discussion. Then the meditation is repeated.
