The Yoga Ashram is a small "HOUSE OF YOGA" where teachers & students come to practice all aspects of yoga. The Yoga ashram is NOT a "business", it is a place of practice.
The Vedic Yoga Ashram is a small "House of Yoga" where teachers and students can come to practice all aspects of yoga and meditation. It is not a "business", it is a place of practice. The founders of the Ashram, Laura and Meera believe that through the creative action of yoga practice they may be able to enrich the lives of others by simply doing what they enjoy doing themselves, without wanting to achieve or become anyone or anything through the act of teaching yoga. They both hope that they will have the good fortune to practice with many more students on their yoga journey. Well over 500 hours of teacher training has been experienced by them over the years by Yoga Masters from all walks of life, but the greatest teachers of all have been their students. Our Yoga teachers are certified instructors and members of the Yoga Association of British Columbia.
